Why Give?
Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee. Deuteronomy 16:17
The gifts, offerings, and tithes that you give will be used to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ providing spiritual and physical assistance to those in need. Bethlehem Baptist Church supports local community evangelism & outreach efforts.
Why Tithe?
The word Tithe literally means 10th or 10% . Tithing is giving the first 10% of our income back to God. The Bible says that everything we have comes from God. So tithing is actually returning to God what belongs to him. When we give the tithe, we are trusting God to provide for all of our needs.
